How do I get an estimate?
Call (617) 323-9800 or use our estimate request form. Have your vehicle year, make, model, and claim number available if you have one. Our office is open Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
Can the estimate change after disassembly?
Some collision damage is hidden behind exterior panels. If additional damage is found, we document it and coordinate a supplemental estimate with your insurance company.
Can you help with my insurance claim?
We help organize repair paperwork and coordinate estimates and supplements with your insurer. Your policy and insurer determine coverage, deductibles, and rental benefits.
Do you handle collision-related mechanical repairs?
Yes. Mechanical repairs related to your collision claim are handled as part of the repair plan.
What if my vehicle cannot be driven?
Call before arranging delivery so we can discuss the damage and coordinate the next steps. Do not drive a vehicle that may be unsafe.
